When CSI engineered the VIPER High Definition Plasma Cutting System, we considered our largest growing market, the Manufactures who require a Plasma Profile Shape Cutter with maximum performance, precision and productivity.

The VIPER Plasma Cutting System has a rigid Unitized Table design, and can be configured with either a High Definition or Conventional Plasma System.

The VIPER is now available with the newest control from Hypertherm Automation.  The EdgeTi PC Based Control, Coordinate Brushless Servo Drives, integrated Sensor PHC, Slide Assembly with Magnetic Collision Mount and a Conventional Plasma System are a bundled package. 

For the more demanding applications the VIPER can be configured with the latest HyPerformance and Precision Plasma System on the market today.  Coupled with a Precision Plasma Torch Height Control, the VIPER will consistently produce quality holes and highly accurate parts.

The VIPER’S high tolerance is achieved with Dual Linear Ways and Bearings on both the Cross and Rail Axis.  The VIPER comes standard with an integrated Down Draft Table and unique Fume Extraction Trough. 

The Point of Capture Fume Extraction Trough moves along with the Gantry to position itself under the Plasma Torch at all times.  This allows for the easy removal of smoke, slag and drops produced by the cutting process. 

The VIPER comes standard in a 5’ x 10’ and 6’ x 12’ Effective Cutting Area.
